Yes I do believe in dreams and I think there is a specific reason why we have been dreaming particular elements. In my opinion dreams are like a bridge between our unconscious side and the external world in order to express our feelings and emotions to get to know ourselves better

As a kid, I was really afraid of cows and it had turned into my recurring nightmare and I remember as a solution I decided to befriend with them in my nightmares and I did and it surprisingly helped me stop seeing nightmares about cows. So, I can say I've had the experience of having lucid dreams when I was a child.😅

I do have lucid dreams many times especially about things that am in love with, so i always try to have a control over my dream by riding new cars, or sometimes i try to dream about my friend who i used to have A one sided crush on him try to ask me out and so on .😅

No I haven't done lucid dreaming and to be honest I won't!
