Frankly, I think in order to get a better job and be successful in future career, on that note university degree is really important.

hi jack, in my opinion, to get a degree is not currently necessary to have success. I think there are other factors more important such as having good contacts or being good at something and develop that skill.

Personally, some professional jobs like dentists or doctors need to learn the practical subjects related to their positions, needless to say, people without academic degrees cannot reach them

In my opinion it not important to have a university degree, but as far as I know, so many compnies requests from the people who want to get to jobs a university degree, even if they have experience in that field..
