It is absoluteky unacceptable how the NHS has been gutted, and that your government (much like ours in the us lol) can only think of austerity and literally sentencing people to painful deaths as a way of "solving" the issue. This poor woman should have been treated much much quicker. I'm glad she had you guys to advocate for her, but obviously not everyone has that, and they shouldnt have to! Thw entire push to privatize everything like the US health system is nothing but a nightmare, and theyre only making it this terrible to make people think the best path is private care, when its not a problem of it being public, but of politicians treating what is a public service like a business. Its terrible
