I think the difference between smart is having intellectual knowledge is smart people have knowledge about certain topics they study in school. Wisdom is knowing how to apply knowledge based on their understanding. But you cannot have true wisdom without knowing God because you cannot have wisdom without morality. ''The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and to ignore evil is the begining of understanding''.
