Dr Watkins explains in detail how the Saxenda pen is used for your injections.

Please note: in the interest of keeping the video as short as possible, the process for priming your pen for its first use was omitted. if you would like to see how to do that, please check out our video 'Preparing Your Ozempic Pen' as the process is exactly the same for both pens.

Which part of the abdomen is best to inject? As the lower part are the small intestines and may not fully affect the top part of the tummy. If I’m not wrong, it’s 2 finger spacing away from the belly button, but best location for best results, I would assume the upper half where it might be absorbed to the stomach and large intestinal areas then flowing to the smaller gastrointestinal areas. Any advise on this from a medical standpoint and the nuance of that same area (tummy, arms, thighs) but which would be the best specific location per area?

What about priming the pen ? This demo is not informative enough. Actually it’s kind of dangerous
