I had a homeless guy do this to me once. I worked at a carwash when I was 20. He always hung out there to get the cans people would throw away. It was Summer and he said he'd get me a cold soda i was like " Sure man why not thank you" he came back with a McDonald's cup of soda. It looked a little rough so i said " Thanks man" and took it inside. I was instantly Skeptical cause of him being homeless and the obviously rough condition of the cup. I popped the lid off and there was lemonade in it and a huge black stain on the inside from something Black. I threw it away immediately. The more i thought about it i realized our McDonald's didn't even have lemonade lol. I know he meant well but hell no i wasn't about to drink that. Mama taught me better than that.

When you get to the point of it all, you don’t drink coffee just for the taste. You primarily drink it to make the mornings a little bit more bearable.

I get what the message is, but it's not like it's a frivolous purchase. She is working hard all day and doesn't even have time to get the drink herself. I think she deserves the proper thing....

Script writers obviously showed he doesn’t truly love her. A used coffee cup from a stranger that may or may not have a disease that could be passed. Cheap coffee instead of what she wanted and finally lying to her. Good job writing!

It definitely makes a difference as from a coffee shop it’s specially brewed with ground beans, using the machines and whatnot and proper milk tastes much better than that little milk thing he put in there.

Whereas the other one is probably instant coffee or filter coffee (isn’t terrible but can deffo taste the difference)

Gotta be that guy. A latte is mostly milk with espresso shots. The coffee he gave her was a cup of coffee with a few packs of creamer. Completely different
