Now I understand why people start their own business-it's not always about the money but the peace.

I don't hate my job, I just hate being around people who are a drain on energy. Thank you for this video, Sir.

What’s also scary and disturbing is that these are grown adults that have a mindset of a child. That’s crazy

People say I'm rude at work, but I could care less. Messy coworkers and bosses are just not worth the headache of opening up. I go to work to make money, that's it

Be careful who you trust because not everyone who smiles at you is not your friend

Gray rock is the way to go. No reaction, no contact. Treat them as not visible, not existing and never look in their direction.
It really sucks them to be regarded as non existent.

I gray rocked my toxic workplace and survived. One by one my coworkers started talking to me. Just when I started to put my guard down I see the signs of them conspiring together again. It's so exhausting 😔
I like what I do,
I just want to work!
What's wrong with these insane people!!

I tried gray rocking a person in my department and it backfired. She told the manager I wasn't interacting with the team. Needless to say I ended up resigning. Childish immature adult.

I have a co worker and she is unbelievable. She is hateful, rude, miserable, narcissistic, and so on. She has no filter and is a know it all, but she's so ignorant. She's just horrible and i act like she doesn't exist, i don't acknowledge her what so ever. She takes every opportunity she gets to make snide comments and stir the pot but i just ignore her and its so empowering.

I learned due to the toxic experiences with crazy co workers don’t give them the reaction they are looking for. There looking to point the finger at you. There looking to find fault in you. Jesus loves you Sir. I don’t no if you are a believer or not. I hope you are !

yep. Grey Rocking is everything when it comes to dealing with BS. i have worked with an OCPD/Narcissist manager for 7-10 years now. I could never understand why he couldn't respect common sense boundaries or even try for a win-win relationship. I got stuck ruminating on how to communicate with him in a mutually respectful manner and nothing worked. Then I learned to Grey Rock and he had no idea what to do. He would say rude stuff, and instead of reacting/responding to him, I would sit there quietly with a kind look of listening on my face like he wasn't finished talking. It made him SIT WITH HIMSELF on his rage, instead of giving him a person to blame. I now say "good morning", "Good evening" and keep everything else to simple short niceties. I let him ramble on with no response. These guys NEED our involvement to succeed in life. If you play pleasantly aloof and quietly competent they have nothing to build themselves up on. It also taught me that I don't need to react or respond to everything. I can just let shit slide and focus on my core values.

What makes it even worse is when the boss/management knows they they are TRASH but still defending them and sides with them ..that’s a GAME OVER
If the boss/management sides with them this is automatically a sign you should look for a new job.

So true lmao. The rules change everyday. One person that appears to have your back in a day they are your biggest enemy.

Honey, honey, honey child you know u telling the truth. I work with some of the most ignorant pathetic childish fools in my life. I absolutely have been going grey rock on them because they are not worth acknowledging even with a hello. Very toxic individuals. I go to work and stay silent, do my job and go home. I've mastered the grey rock technique to save my sanity and to control myself to stay centered in a place of peace. I'm not letting no one still my peace period!!!! Thank you so much, I can relate to everything you say💯

This guy hit the nail on the head when he mentions the clubhouse and stealing their way to power. They also are stealing our joy and potentially our money. Karma comes for everyone though end of the day.

You do your job, you’re the bad guy.
You joke too much, you’re the bad guy.
You go with the flow, and you’re the bad guy.
Some of these people at these jobs never get along with anyone..
