In Glasgow and and most other parts of Scotland we don't use the word "why" we use "how" instead. You may ask "how's that?" as opposed to "why's that?".

I actually sought this video out to watch again years later and enjoyed it again the second time through. So saddened to learn in the comments of Stephen's passing. Thank you for having such a good sense of humour here Stephen. Will remember you whenever showing this to others to showcase a Scottish accent. Love his accent. My maternal grandmother was from Glasgow but I never had a chance to meet her.
So sorry to hear about Stephen dying 2 years ago. I always loved his smiling face as he was so charming & that made him attractive. The best thing a person can wear is a smile. Listening to his accent is nice too
