The actress playing the second girl he stabbed is actually a fashion model in real life. Her name is Kajsa Mohammar. It struck me weird that she had perfectly chiseled facial features for a lowly servant, one low enough to be used for meat. Hollywood doesn't appear to acknowledge the social phenomenon of pretty privilege in fictional universes. It is unlikely, even for a culture like that, they would reduce their best looking females into such low social status. A girl like that would be a wife/GF of somebody wealthy, or at least a concubine. It would likely be the most mundane looking people that would be treated like such. Unless, the girl in question is being punished for something she did/said.
