I think its important to know that for iifym, the amount of nutrients you consume it is just as important if not more then just getting your fats, protein, carbs no matter what diet (for health)

Ik ben al een paar jaar vegan🌱 maar het blijft soms wel lastig in sociale situaties. Ik heb vroeger IIFYM gevolgd (niet vegan) maar vond het lastig om (strikt) vol te houden op langer termijn vanwege het constant moeten wegen van alles. Nu doe ik ‘intuitive eating’ maar dat is niet echt een dieet bij mij😅. Nu ik meer sport (5-6 keer per week) let ik wel erop dat ik meer proteïne binnenkrijg door linzen, bonen, noten etc. Dat werkt wel goed merk ik 😊

Personally I tried the intermittent fasting but it didn’t work for me because I was eating sooo much at lunch, as you said everyone has to find the pattern that would fit him the best.
