I just passed by saw your clip. We don't bend our knees when duckdiving,

Straight body in horizontal position pointing both hands down like an arrow and only use hip as a rotation bend upperbody down second and rotate all lower part up to make perfect upsidedown body for dive position.


Don't want to critic but as a public figure should demonstrate a proper form.

I don't really understand. How can we sink even if we duck dive if we have air in our lung? Or the air inside does not matter as you go deeper, you will sink if you deep dive?

I find my duck dives are more efficient when I give some gentle kicks to give myself a bit of forward momentum that I can translate to downward momentum on the duck dive. Is my technique wrong here?

Every time I try this, I just can’t equalize. Do you have any tips for that. I’ve tried doing it constantly and after I feel the pressure, but nothing….
