1) Restrict SC, ST, BC etc. reservations to one generation only.
2) Continue reservations for the poor for multiple generations until the family reaches middle income level.
3) Develop small and large Industries and create jobs for the trained workforce.
4) Either charge hefty penalty for students leaving India if they are educated in IITs and other central/state funded colleges/universities or give them an option to work for India at least 4 years after Bachelors/graduation.
