"Frieza and King Cold are mutants of their race and were born FAR stronger than any other member of their race ever will be in their lives. The mutation also increases their evil and malice as members of Frieza's race are about as nice/evil as any other race in the universe normally". Also he said Frieza's race reproduces asexually so Frieza doesn't have a mother.

We are told numerous times that Freeza and Cold are two specific mutants from their race, and the rest of the Changelings (because in a race with built in power-limiter forms, that sounds best imo) are likely just a normal species.

They are their race's Broly.

We need a movie centered around Frieza and his family. Explain his race and home planet. How they came to power. A way to introduce Chilled and Cooler into the main canon. Maybe retcon things like there being no females and introduce the feminine side to the race. Maybe King Cold will have a wife. Just some thoughts.

In Xenoverse 2 if your characters a Frost demon and your playing that one mission on namek fighting Frieza for the first time. He states that you’re a traitor to his empire, and also states that he isn’t surprised a member of his own race can stand against him. This explains that more of his race is still out there, or somewhere but haven’t been shown.

I remember king kai mentioning that the saiyans were first giving the technology to travel planet to planet by the arcosian race, so I've always just referred to frieza race as the arcosians.

It's crazy to realize that when trunks sliced up frieza, frieza was still technically alive. It wasn't till trunks blasted the pieces to truly kill frieza.
