Saw CCR at Woodstock. Middle of the night, the rain stopped, the lights came on and there they were on the stage. First song was born on the bayou LOUD. One of my favorite woodstock memories.

Fogerty has taken good care of himself, it shows. He had a long rough ride, it is great to see him happy and having fun. One thing about Fogerty, he never wore out his welcome, he stayed somewhat of an enigma. I really enjoy CCR and John Fogerty, it is great to see him doing what he does best !

CCR was the best. Still remember this song from my days in the field in Viet Nam. Two or three of the guys in our squad carried small transistor radios. The volume was always pumped up when Bad Moon Rising was being played. For a couple of minutes the Mekong delta became almost bearable, Definitely my favorite group.
