I grew up on a steady diet of CCR and it still never gets old.

One of the few artist that doesn't have to tune down his songs in lower keys as he got older.

John still has a lot of energy and sounds like his recordings which is fantastic.

Fogerty is an American treasure. 74 years old and he sounds amazing.

Aaaahhh, this is magnificent! JF runs on, absolutely kills it with two great numbers, and runs off. Thanks to Billy Joel for setting this up.

Billy had to bow down to this music. He could only dream to be as good as fogerty.

This is the ultimate duet of great American rockers. My favorite piano man and my favorite guitar hero- together at The Garden! How can you beat that?! "Up Around The Bend"'s great, but "Fortunate Son"! The greatest protest rocker ever, and still oh-so-sadly relevant. Fogerty knew exactly what he sang; he and the boys grew up in the blue-collar East Bay, not S.F. or Berkeley where all those wealthy and/or "hippie" marchers were. Guys like him, not the "silver-spoon" ones, got sent to the 'Nam. I think Billy had that song in mind when he did "We Didn't Start The Fire" :-). Anyway, I've loved both Billy and John (with and without CCR) for decades. Thanks for putting up this amazing clip!

I think Fogerty must be one of the best people on earth. His playing with his family and their things that were added to the performances (Whinnie Pooh). Coolest ever. LOVE LOVE LOVE. xoxo

John's voice is as beautiful now as it was then. He sings within his register and always has. I saw him a few years back, he was awesome.

I can't believe John Fogerty is still so active at his age and still sounds as good as ever. The 1st song I remember CCR doing was "Proud Mary".
