The sick thing about this scene is that he actually feels good about being turned into a cenobite, hence the "And to think... I hesitated". That's just how twisted Dr. Channard is.

I was well into my 30's when I finally saw this film. And to think I hesitated.

Once I had a broken tooth but I was so afraid of dentists that I suffered great pains not wanting to go the doctor. It got worst and my yaw got infected, so it had to be pulled out. After all that pain and suffering, after one injection I didn't even felt when dentist pulled my teeth out. When I stepped out of the operating room, I remembered this scene and these were my first words. XD

Amazing line and excellent delivery, but I can’t help but laugh when the thing connects with his head and he starts going “Ahohohohohohoho” and body popping.

Channard is a man that became a Cenobite and happily embraced what he became, which was why he was able to defeat Pinhead and his entourage, who were spiritually weakened by being reminded of their forgotten humanity.

I love Hellraiser 1 and 2. I remember watching them alone on Halloween as a kid when my parents were asleep. This scene was fucking epic, maybe the one I remember the most.

Actually The first scene was written with the head vibrating scene first and then the line"and to think I hesitated" afterwards.cos they wanted to imply He felt orgasmic after his head jiggling but later on the producers thought it would be too upfront, sexual or derogatory so they choosed to make it the other way round
