Great to see a video from you. Few can translate their knack for shorts into longer videos. Absolutely love seeing a video of Aussie culture, told by another Aussie- and told with such heart.

As some added feedback for your venture into videos, I loved the location setting, the artistic storytelling, the SFX/immersive sound qualities, & particularly the use of actual footage shown on the old box telly.

My _only_ tweak, however minor, would be for the background music to be a little quieter. At points it blends with your voice, or even threatens to overwhelm and serve as a distraction.

You’re a bloody talented storyteller, but it’s clear your talents also extend to editing & producing.

What a breath of fresh air to watch a video with no AI narration, no stock footage.

This format is a real gem, and you’ve absolutely nailed it. It’s rare that I’m excited to see new work on YouTube these days, but you’ve got me doing the Cliffy shuffle.

Big love mate

P.s as a future story suggestion, I’d love to see you cover the ‘Changi Brownlow’.

Farmers are simply better than everyone else. They are incredibly strong, have insane endurance, unwavering work ethic, disciplined, and kinder than most.

I remember this legend. His style of running was "the cliffy shuffle"

What a wonderful story. I ruck, run, and apply the Young shuffle. Works well and protects my knees and hips. Having looked across the web, this style has been used by the military for years when on big marches, tabs, yomps or rucks.
