Dozens of dogs, reptiles found dead inside Milwaukee home

Milwaukee city workers were at the house near Teutonia and Villard avenues for a tax foreclosure evaluation, and the surviving animals are now under the care of Milwaukee's Animal Control, known as MADACC.
