Hi, how do you close a dormant company with 1 director & PSC that has never traded with late fillings fees under £500.00 (registered in 2021)

So if I am looking at the micro company accounts and the very last number, capital and reserves, is in parentheses that means it is negative? I do not see other indications of numbers being negative but it is also not explained. Parentheses = Negative?

What about a bigger view of the examples and a voice over. The aim is to explain a balance sheet, after all.
