OK, as an amateur rocket scientist with multi-decades of experience, here are my observations. 1: the use of Sucrose (sugar) as a fuel in solid rocket propellant requires a very robust motor casing to contain the rapid rise in chamber pressure. Stainless steel tubing or T-6 Aircraft aluminum, as well as an ablative insulation lining.
2: It appears that your H/n ratio was WAY too high (ratio of burning surface area/ exhaust nozzle throat area)
3: Amateur rockets should NEVER be ignited by way of a length of fuse. Always use an electric igniter because sparks can jump"upstream" causing very fast ignition, long before you can get clear of the hazardous zone.
4: from what you uploaded, I wouldn't let you operate a BIC lighter.

Just use liquid fuel you get better efficiency and the only things you got to worry about is a rupture, or line break, or mixing of the propelents, or a fuel leak, or depressurization, or you know what never mind.

That’s incredibly unsafe. How close your are to that rocket for its size, and most likely size of motor, is incredibly dangerous. Test your motors before you put them on rockets, and stay far away or have some form of shielding
