The Lord brought me out of Egypt and I'm currently camping out in the wilderness. I asked him why I couldn't move to the destination He has for me, and He let me know that I needed to be patient and trust in Him. He is using this season to prune me, removing old, dried relationships from my life and rooting a deeper trust and love for Him in my heart. Be patient and trust the Lord's timing. Still, easier said than done.

I moved to where I am now 6 years ago without consulting God. It’s been a terrible 6 years. Never found a home church, no close christian community, only a few secular friends I couldn’t relate to. A few months ago, after much prayer, I realized God purposely closed every door to me. So I’m moving in three weeks to a place that has amazing churches. Even Bible study in the beach!!

Great stuff. We don't need to throw our pearls before swine, as Jesus' allusion tell us. Sometimes we miss extremely huge opportunities due to sticking around our comfort zones and "familiar" places too long, when God is saying to move... to trust Him. Like Abraham.

I'm in a very strange desert spiritually.
Since March I've been in a ministerial position, and it has been the most difficult thing I've gone through in a while. I prayed to God to help me compromise in the way they wanted/needed me to, but to no avail. I finally had the hard conversation with my pastor and will be stepping down in August, especially since I will be going back to my other full-time teaching job (currently have taught all Summer in addition to ministry) and starting my Masters.

I've also been fearful about the future. I feel the need to focus intensely on the ministries I do feel God has led me to, as well as school. I live with my parents which is not the best environment. The school I work at is an 1 hour + commute from my house, school being 30 min. My home makes me anxious.

I'm 25 and the dreams on my heart feel so far away. I want to move (physically and spiritually) but see no open door, but idk what there is for me to do until then. I'm tired.

This was a "God's timing" thing receiving this word. Thank you Lord for your written word, all these scriptures were convicting my soul to the core. I prayed about this very thing. Sometimes when you invest in people with your heart they just don't reciprocate. Thank you brother Mark and this ministry for sowing into our fellow brethren. Confirmation isn't always easy to process. I'm praying for my brothers and sisters who are alone, and don't think anyone lifts them up in prayer. I do! This teaching blessed me. As a previous member of Black church community we are taught to stay in abuse and this even spilled over in our personal relationships. While I know not everything will come with ease staying under abuse for years never felt right or a sign of righteousness as was taught to me. Forgive me if I was sounding like it’s a racial issue I was only pointing out my experience among the group I experienced it with. I want Gods guidance and sometimes traditional values that have nothing to do with God has damaged many of us.

Oh my gosh!
I felt in my spirit I needed to read the Bible. I turned to Matthew chapter 10:16, then decided I needed to read a little before that so I finished reading Matthew 10:14.

I did this and then felt I needed to get on YouTube for some spiritual encouragement.
Low and behold I click on your video 5 minutes after reading those verses and you actually listed Matthew 10:14 in this video!
