So family court could not favor women any more...are they sure this helps them? The trans activists will abuse this...like they already abuse other sport and bathroom laws. They are already equal...they don't earn less if all relevant factors are accounted for. They have lower physical standards in the military (which should also go, whether this passes or not, given it is unfair to men, and the job itself needs done, and lowering the standards is not getting only women capable of the job...its getting women in general, many of whom cannot do the actual physical job of a soldier...hence, they had to invent lower, fake standards for most women to qualify). If the job is X, and you can't do X, that's not sexist...it's reality, get over it.
