This! This is what i needed! A lot of my characters are inspired by my favourite cartoons and TV shows like Ben 10, Generator Rex, Avengers EMH, Transformers, SWAT Kats, Macross, TMNT, Knight Rider, The A-Team, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, etc.

While my world as a whole is more geared towards my favourite movies and games like Pacific Rim, Real Steel, Top Gun, Star Wars, Titanfall, DOOM, Halo, Ratchet and Clank, Vanquish, Metal Gear, etc.

My world is insane, if only i was good at writing

As a writer myself, I agree with you. Your characters will always be similar to others that came before him/her. It's all about which path your characters will take that makes them different from other similar characters in the past has taken.

I’ve been building my own superhero fan universe for 6 years now I’ve already come up with like 117 characters and 74 story titles (I just finished writing an entire story for one of my characters) I even made a whole timeline explaining all the different events that happen

I take inspiration from media I enjoy and try to combine them into something new as well as taking inspiration from personal experience. People watching is fun, people talk about the most interesting things and it can make your story feel more down to earth

I have different ways of creating characters, for example a word, I think about the world's meaning and give that word as a trait to my character, my character must revolve around that trait.sometimes I get stoned, close my eyes and I can imagine an already existing characters fight or moving around, also i just draw let my hand take over and see the results sometimes creating something completely original.it all depends

Cool i usually come with everything about a character at together but i start with the power then the name then the look finally there backstory

I just made a comic based off of captain underpants but I did it over and over and I quit until I saw this and it inspired me so I continued with it and now I finished it!
