How to make your own country, in real life.

NOTE: I do not endorse the practice of attempting to create new nations. Some of the things I said in this video are not good ideas.

A few things to be clarified...

-Concerning land, though most if not all land is claimed, a current country can issue a land patent fee simple (sovereign territory).

-Next, an owned or leased property can serve as your nation. It simply needs to be deemed as a Diplomatic Embassy as well.

-As far as having "people"... you are a person correct? It technically only requires a single living being capable of fulfilling the commitments of the Embassy and functions of the State; of course this may require additional hands to operate more harmoniously.

-In relation to the United Nations recognition... Not required at all. Your nation could well operate as a defacto or de jure entity simply by your interactions with other bona-fide nation-states (think acceptance of contract).

Biggest question is how to obtain a grant of sovereignty... this is where you must do your homework but there are many paths to the finish line out there. I've found mine but keep in mind you must attain the age of majority to crack the code.

It has 18 citizens, some of whom hold high positions of power. You can vote for 3 parties, The Democratic Party, The Republican Party, or the Socialist Party. All legal citizens must pay 2500 Argents of tax per year unless deemed otherwise
