Not even gonna lie, a good way to learn recipes and what spices go together, what foods go together, etc. Is to watch Food Wars (seriously it teaches you a lot if you pay attention).

Now if you also feel like Indian then Almost every Indian dish have Indian holy trinity Ginger, Garlic, Onion but sometimes also whole spices also plays and important role even before adding The GGO ( ginger, garlic, onion ) like cumin, clove, bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon etc.

Can you make more videos on how to pair ingredients. I always have meat with beans and rice because I don't know what else I can make instead of beans and rice.

You could take everything on that table and have a good start to a soup (except maybe all of the ginger, depending on the soup)

What about Afghan, Persian, Indian, Arabic, Turkic, Kurdish, and Mongolian base ingredients? Don't just focus on the Christian side. ;) (though, I must admit, I love European cuisine. it's really delicious and easy to prepare.) Also, include base ingredients of other East Asian foods from different countries like Japan, Korea, etc. Also, some African food's base ingredients. Maybe than you can call it "from around the world." :) Hoping to see a part two of this video...
