For the solar Yacht does th sqft include the solar panels because you need to have a place to be able to receive a sun tan. Also is it fully solar, how fast is it and how many floors does it have. Oh I might have kind of asked this question in a way but are you able to use the solar power roof without damaging it.

You never know, I could (somehow ) have the money to change from a land home to a floating home, and thing is, I wouldn't pick one of those, I'd design my own, I'd do it so if the sea got crazy rough, it could survive it. 🎶I'd be singing happy and be able to self sustain from the ocean, visiting all over, that would be totally AWESOME!!!

What if some sort of Futuro-house would be designed to be a houseboat.. then it would feel a lot more solid in even really bad weather in my opinion.

Two top halves of onions glued together should be very close to ideal shape for a floating device of almost any sort.

And it could look pretty awesome especially as a big houseboat, with even a vertical wind generator being actually useful cherry on top, waterslides and multiple levels under the water too..

If it would have jets and little fan deep below, and everything designed to withstand even the mother of all storms, it could even slowly move around coastlines and even cross seas if needed.
