147. Prep for the big weekend - Wednesday

Wednesday of our "Day in the life of...." After a hectic morning of change overs and guests breakfast service preparation begins for the big weekend of European Heritage days.

Having organised a lot of wedding fairs in my time I know how much work goes into the planning and prep and yes there is always someone who complains so now I am retired and occasionally have a stall at craft fairs I always make a point of thanking the organisers
