I would look into the timing of your cold tub use. Using directly or relatively close to after a workout is fairly counterproductive for muscular growth. Couple new studies came out recently showing better results from cold tub exposure before exercise, something interesting to look into if you’re interested. Thanks for showing the build, looks great.

Another tip, hook up the pump externally “inline” and use bulkheads to connect tubing to the container. The pump produces heat. Also it gets everything out of the container 👊

Wow. Genius. Was thinking the same as you after looking online. I use these exact chillers for other purposes. If you use an insulated container or add insulation somehow it will stay WAY colder for less energy. Also those things will last 5-10 years easy. Thank you for this!
