Heroes like Phoveous, joy, harith and skills like angela's ult, chang'e 2nd skill etc and items like athena and oasis and battle spell aegis don't stand a chance against Esme full damage build.

Not only execute ignores shields, esmeralda's passive skill gives esmeralda ignoring shields not only by her 2nd skill and ult, it also works on each additional skill, even flameshot and reflect shield (in russian ver it's "отмщение", idk how it translates)
I use her with this reflect shield against hanabi, it's funny to see, full string of shields, but she's still dying, because she dont see her hp😂

Esmeralda's and Execute's damage both ignore shield-no matter how high or low it is. Additionally-casting your 2nd skill decreases the cooldown of your 1st skill(note that this reduction is lesser on none-hero targets).

Love ❤ the music here. And yep, as an Esmeralda day til now, just spam the skill 1 - skill 2 repeatedly when she has Enchanted Talisman and Oracle. And yes, she's used to "annoy" enemies and drain their HP. A good teammate will know when and how to folllow that annoying tactic by Esmeralda. Otherwise, just run away 😅😅

I understand now. So when you use the second and ult on an enemy, it will give the enemy shield but esme ignore the shield and you can use the first skill to turn the shield your own
