If you wonder how to counter him easilu when he does this, novaria ult increases his hitpoint so he is very much guaranteed to be in the turret range so he'll have to retreat

He can cut lanes, tank hits, be front laner and he can return with full hp 3 second after leaving with 1 hp

The only weakness is bad player

Blocking & clearing (this could lead to feeding) the minions with any types of heroes, other known as the "german cut" will make your allied teammates not receive any gold and exp; making them weaker in the mid to late game. If you want to use the "german cut". do it once they only have the inner towers left, otherwise you'd throw the game and there would be a high probability & chance of you getting trashtalked and reported.

(Note: the one in the video is blocking and clearing the minions FROM the ENEMY BASE. (0:01) You could cut lane from your lane. Tho it is highly dangerous and not suitable unless you are skilled.)

Dont block enemy creeps early game your helping the enemy get xp and gold and your jungle will be delayed, rather block your own minions early game it will not allow the enemy to grind for xp or gold cause your minions doesnt show up, u can do this in late game but it would be risky
