I really don't understand why almost all video explaining vector projections use the light producing a shadow analogy.  Using the perpendicular reference line to explain it makes more sense and is easier to grasp for me.  I assume this explanation is directed at people who don't know what the word perpendicular means.  But, that really isn't a big deal because this is a great video on a somewhat confusing subject.
