Dr. Liu is the co-founder of NACPro+, dedicated to optimizing immunity and wellness.
Dr. Liu graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and is Double Boarded in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. She is licensed in the state of California.
This channel is separate from Dr. Liu’s duties as Attending Medical Staff @ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The views on this channel are her own.

I scoop out the papaya seeds and dehydrate or leave them on the counter for a couple of weeks to try then I grind them and put them in things. Shake them on things. They have lots of. Nutrients and healthy also!

Good stuff Doc. Question...what about frozen Papaya?
Years ago we did a procedure using an extract of papaya called Chymopapain. It was injected into the intervertebral disk space to slightly disolve the disk and relieve a herniated intervertebral disk. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work. Problem was some people were highly allergic the Chymopapain, so the procedure was abandoned.. 😜

In Asia we have different kinds of papaya, and the spicy seeds with the sweet papaya and a bit of lemon juice and salt 😊 that's super delicious. Dried papaya seeds look like black pepper seeds and some people try to sell them as

Well. I love over-ripe fruit, especially peaches and bananas. I make fruit muffins out of over--ripe apples, bananas, berries, etc. every weekend. Thank you.

I live in central Florida, there is an abundance of fruit and berries blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries citrus, mango, apple organic grapes, bananas. Etc. Some is imported because of the season. How do you incorporate this into your diet.

The Taiwanese papayas are the best! If you ever visit Taiwan be sure to get some there! Papaya milk (papaya plus milk and ice cubes) is a popular drink there. :)

I'm from Hawaii. My family had fruit trees. Bananas fruit all year long. Two avocado trees fruiting in summer and winter. I now hate bananas and avocados.😂

What do you think of Allulose? I use it only in my 1 mug of coffee a day. Otherwise, I don't eat sweetener of any kind because I don't eat ultraprocessed foods, and the processed foods I do buy have no sugar.

I love Dr. Liu, but I don't like Puritans. Did you see the study that showed honey in fact preserved probiotics? so you ended up absorbing more? I have manukan honey and sometime drizzle it on some stuff, but in super micro amounts....

Just make sure your papaya is organically grown because non organic papays are GMO.
