ONE PASS TIG Welding | Root, Fill & Cap !

preview_player
Показать описание
One pass Tig welding root and cap with a tig welding technique. This type of tig welding is common on smaller pipes or tubing, where the operator bypasses the usual procedures of multipass welding on the same joint, root, hot pass, and capping into one weld, which includes all those passes into one weld. One Pass Welding.

With your videos I managed to pass a tig welding test on one of the highest paying pipe welding companies in south africa. We are welding pipes in chemical plant and power plants.. I'm forever grateful I weld small boiler tubers using free hand technique

I've been welding and fitting for years. Mainly GTAW but your videos are pure quality. Always good to learn and not get cocky. Great insight and techniques you can only learn from people with practice!

Nice video . We do the same thing with Weber in belgium exept with 3mm opening . We are more productive in less time with 1 pass horizontal . Have a nice day

When you finish, to eat to avoid or to fill the crater just push that 70s to or 70s 6 filler Rod radian to the puddle and let it stand in the puddle I just cut it off and you won't have that little crater. Beautiful work brother!

Nice! I'm used to do on SS pipe sch 10 and 1" CS pipe. You explain very well. I saw video of one Korean welder, he did penetration with reinforcement on 5G pipe in narrow gap... I don't get it how. I tried myself on the job and can't create reinforcement in overhead position, only can get flat root. Where is the secret?!

Thank you very much for your lessons. I've been welding for awhile is there any steps you can recommend me to land an international job or companies you can suggest? Thank you in advance.

Hola, estaba mirando su tecnica y es muy rapida!!

Queria consultarte en que posiciones efectivamente usabas esta tecnica en campo?

With stop before, to switch the torch in the left hand and move upward?

I am currently working in Finland and there's an old experienced welder the only one among welders in this company who welds similar size stainless pipe with one pass. Weld bead profile very similar to yours. I want to try,
