3700 Is nothing while you are in nepal, cause kathmandu peak is almost 17, 1800 so, you are well prepared for 4000m now.i suggest to try some tungba in poonhill hotels.and morning breakfast should be tibetan bread with potato curry.and also try to go poonhill to ghandruk trek which is about 14, 15 hours walk from poonhill ..if you walk early morning like 4 Am then you can reach ghandruk in one day...
