6:07 As sales leader I was never afraid to admit when I was wrong or changed direction. I set the expectation upfront with my reps that I'm not always going to be right and sometimes I won't have all the answers but we'll find them together. In my opinion respect is outcome of being a good leader and better human being!

I think it's egotistical to tell a sales leader they should have the answers because it's impossible to have the answers.

A leader has a good vision having a vision is like a giving blueprint to the sales persons working under you. The leader should be know more than the actual sale people. Thank you Victor for sharing such a great knowledge with us.
