ITV are woke liars. They were told about the in work abuse of the young man. Their response was to declare it “malicious gossip” and fire those raising concerns. ITV is more concerned with their ESG score than protecting the young from sexual predators.

They did nothing until the value of Schofield fell due to collapsing viewer figures.

It will really be a travesty of justice if she continues on to something else when there must be people who have real talent and ability. I think that if she had any morality, integrity, or decency she would take her ill-gotten gains and disappear from public life for ever. Maybe one of the soaps could use her well-honed acting skills. To suggest that she had no knowledge of toxicity or any deceit in an environment in which she was central is very difficult to believe, but if true does not forgive or excuse her.

when a company does its own investigation you can be sure that it will be biased and then getting someone in years later after a scandal or event has happened means that everyone is now aware of what happened and knows what to say to cover their arses and the external investigation will only have the biased report as a basis to go on which may or may not have been altered since.

Anyone who has been treated fairly needs to remain mindful of the masses who evidently have not. Lets not get side tracked with the narrative either, the fact is a young man was groomed, they weren't safe guarded & it is apparent it was well known within the clique of ITV. There should be an external investigation & everyone needs to be held accountable.
