I think that she could not accept “ presenting “ with the very people who had been beneath her in the presenting pecking order. She hated presenting/working so closely with Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson. Her and Phil had been treated as top dogs, she no longer held that top dog position.

The truth is that Holly Willoughby has got nothing except being a non-offensive assistant, she is bland, with a combination of being deceptively tough, disingenuous & not very bright - but bright enough to see the writing on the wall after looking at the dreadful ratings...

Holly and Phil overstayed their welcome, we dont want anybody on our screen for that long, it gets stale and repetitive, everything needs to change before we lose interest and for whatever reason ITV hung onto this duo for way longer than the public wanted them, my dream team would be Rylan, Ruth, Dermot and Josie. All very genuine, warm and funny. Holly is a pretty face and a yes girl, she is not relatable and she isnt that good a presenter, thats blatantly obvious when you ask her to lead a show.

I think the reason so many people are doubting the latest story is because of the lies that have been told previously, namely the queue jumping & “not knowing anything” about her bestie, Scofield … by not being open & honest about the truth behind both of those situations, and/or not using Scofield’s downfall as a prompt to set the record straight, she has left herself open to doubt. When the person alleged to have planned the claimed kidnap attempt appears in court soon, the truth about that should out.

I think she's finished full stop. The beeb taking her on will probably end up being an expensive mistake. Hammond thought or thinks she'll get the gig, but the bosses are dragging their feet. Be interesting to see where this goes, personally my choice would be to stick the old test card back on in the mornings.

I think Holly comes across as vapid and insincere. I can't watch anything she is in. I hope the BBC aren't daft enough to offer her a lifeline.
