The defibrillator one is crazy. When I got CPR certified they told me the exact opposite. They told me you’d only shock a heart that was NOT beating because the defibrillator could STOP a heart that was already beating...

I took a First Aid class in college and the professor specifically told us “I know you all think the defibrillator is used when a person flatlines but that’s not the case” the whole class had their mind blown

Back when I was in school, we had a movie day where the students would dress up as their favorite character from The Wizard Of Oz. I dressed up as the tin man and made sure that my costume was as accurate as I could make it. This new Mandela effect is wild cuz that collar and bow tie are so completely foreign to me.

I was a medic in the army over 10 years ago. At that time, we were taught that a defibrillator would not, COULD not restart a stopped heart, a heart which was flatlined. In fact, the name "defibrillator" derives from what it is designed to do: to correct the misfiring electrical impulses in a heart which is in a state known as fibrillation. What you see in games and medical shows is probably there to increase the drama and to simplify the condition so that those with no familiarity with these terms can kind of comprehend what is happening.

I feel that the issue with Paul Revere is that people weren’t thought history properly. Also the saying was “The redcoats are coming” something close to that he got caught and told the person with him to keep going I’m not a history buff but I remember learning it that way
