Of course C# is a lot like Java, but it's better in several fields but falls behind in things like what enums can do. You also forgot to add "instant legacy" in the Java one, or "write once, debug everywhere"

I can relate with most of it honestly haha worked with C# (business software, that kind of thing that makes you rethink your life choices), some Java knowledge (made an Android app and suffered a lot), also some C++ (pain) and Lua (Premake and BeamNG FTW). But my language of choice is C all the way and I love Torvalds and I'm making a game out of it.

I program microcontrollers, mostly the PIC family from Microchip Technology, in C. Recently I've visited an university and they made us program a ESP32 with micropython. I died. I hate objects, but I see how powerful they can be. It's incredible to see how a language can change the way to design the code.

I want to try Rust now, do you guys know if it's good for embedded systems?
