My favourite part was when he explained how it went backwards in time

The crash was because of a dc-10-10 which had a small metal strip fall off, which punctured the concords tire and fuel tank.

When Britain and France take a break from fighting each other - magnificent things like Concorde are created.

My grandpa worked on the concord as a flight attendant. After the crash, the concord he was on got decommissioned. He still has some crazy stories about working on it.

Just to add context:
The crash did hurt Concordes reputation for a little, but that wasn’t the reason the program ended.
The reason the program was canned is because of a few factors, one being the post 9/11 downturn, and rising maintenance and operational costs.
Concorde burned a SHIT ton of fuel.

In Germany, in a city called Sinsheim, there is a technique museum where they have a Concorde AND the Russian version, "Concordski" on the roof, both open to go into. Those planes (among some other) are clearly visible on Google earth. The museum is interesting in itself, as well!

Ah, yes. The plane with the most amazing design feature ever made. The Droop Snoot.

I live in England and visited the concord museum in Manchester airport and it was lit I went in it and it’s so thin. Great moment of my life and so iconic that it got me mad on planes mainly Boeing for some reason but still

I was obsessed with these planes the first time I heard about them as a kid.

One fact you didnt mention is that these planes are incredibly loud. So loud infact it would start nearby car alarms making it impractical to use on a wide scale

The 2000 crash wasn't even it's fault, a part of a DC10 that fell of got caught in the engine upon takeoff

My auntie actually flew on the Concorde and met a few celebrities, one being Michael Jackson, but I enjoy her telling me the stories of when she used to work on planes
