I use it every day. 5 drops in water and drink it down. Brush your teeth or rinse mouth vigorously. It is amazing for infections, brain fog etc etc etc.

What’s the maximum percentage that you can use in a skin cream? I’ve been really excited to learn about that.

Look carefully at the plots. Very modest differences that are barely out of the statistical noise.

So you're saying the methylene blue makes my hair grow back and makes my hair black like it used to be?

I bought this from mitolabs but to add to our water. It has really turned the water brilliant blur, 1 drop per litre was the recommended dose but my family are concerned about drinking the blue water . Are we 💯 it's safe to do so? Surely our food and drinks will all be turning blue now 🤣

Wow, has this stuff gone a ways from being a teratogenic (that method can't have been right?) stain (good for 3 days of your face being a new kind'a inscrutible) and guestimator of dairy freshness for the insensible to a precious antioxidant which can be suitable for facial use. Maybe we're just a turn of art away from capsacin being fine on faces too (instead of very stressful!) Article's Open Access peeps, go nuts.

ROS and cell death is not necessarily related to aging. This is hype.
