Ok mine has the park light on and won't go off and has an ! mark next to it and the word park in red flashing under it when im driving

Is the electronic parking brake and Brake hold button connected to car battery? What is the fail safe feature if the car battery has no power and the car will be park on slope, how to prevent car from moving?
