I will admit I was surprised that Russia was not higher on this list. The change numbers are interesting and questionable, especially Seychelles (moved from zero to 13.8 liters) and Nigeria (moved from 0.66 to 13.4 liters).

Look every culture has good things and bad about them. One thing that I see is Russia has good looking women, tough boxers, and a bad ass army. You can't take those 3 things away from Russia. Putin is a bad ass leader 2.

As an American when I think of Russia/Russians. I think of people who have gone through hell. Some of it internal & some self inflicted, communism & Stalin. Also, I think of long winters & beautiful women. I also think of wonderful YouTube channels like: “I am Puma” and people having exotic pets like bears. Yes, I do think of heavy drinking but I think of most cultures when it comes to alcohol.
If I were in charge of negotiating with Putin I would say. Pull out of Ukraine and we in the west will put our best business men & entrepreneurs in charge of giving your country the best image of any country in the world and making you a center of tourism and industry. Starting with showing off how cool your country is with exotic pets and beautiful scenery. I would say to Putin the same I would to any world leader because all they care about is their ego & legacy:
Putin: Who do you think the world will remember 1, 000 years from now. The Russian leader who invaded his neighbor. Or the Russian leader who transformed Russia & its image into a cultural & economic powerhouse?
I know it probably will never happen but that is what I would do!

As a person from a different nation state I find this video worthless - ask valued questions about the care of the elderly, ask about the care for the poor, ask about the care for the disabled, ask about the care for the mentally disabled, ask about these things that are important and that people of the world want to know how your government addresses these concerns.

Ruzzians beating a dead bear, oops i mean horse. No one has that stereotype of ruzzians with pet bears or street bears playing the balaaika. Its not a stereotype others have of ruzzians, its what ruzzians think others believe making it a ruzzian stereotype. Just like its incorrect to think others believe in stereotype of ruzzans as the strongest, bravest & most beautiful, thats ruzzians projecting their beliefs onto others. Drinking part is a fact, ruzzians rank 16th out of 195 countries with highest per capita alcohol consumptions. Ruzzia is in the top 8% heaviest drinkers so why complain when the Irish, Germans and American college kids arent?
