This has the feeling of an old irish folk song. Maybe because I grew up hearing the Bagpipes playing Amazing Grace, I think Bagpipes in the background would make this the saddest song ever.

I have always been a fan of Mark Knopfler, a tremendous talent, but I just discovered this song today. I also learned that Mark wrote the song about 9/11 and from the perspective of someone trapped in one of the planes or buildings who was trying to reach their loved ones to say goodbye. Listening to this beautiful duet and thinking about the tragedy which is still very vivid in my memory almost brought me to tears. Thank you for making this very nice video but why did you end it like that? Are you trying to make some kind of a point?
