The cabin did not appear to be 'full brightness' at touchdown. You showed it yourself at 6:27, the mood lights were on dark blue and the middle cabin was quite dark! The windows appeared to be lit though.

My OVERPRICED flight to Europe was CANCELLED ON THREE TIMES ! No way to reach customer service! I think they sadistically enjoyed the misery they made me pay for! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE EVER AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR THREE HOURS.
THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR HOTEL ROOM AFTER THEY CANCEL YOUR OVERNIGHT FLIGHT.

i just got back to Australia from Canada few days ago and was really let down by Air canada. Very average service and forced to pay for food and headphones on the Toronto>Vancouver trip. They also changed my flight back home and put me on standby. Was really annoyed at lack of communication with the service people there.

Terrible service for decades. I am still awaiting my refund for a flight Air Canada cancelled. The folks at customer service keep giving different answers about when to expect a refund. I spent 3 hours on hold several times in the past two weeks. Service is beyond awful and flights are usually canceled or delayed. The most recent flight was my 3rd from NYC to visit a hospitalized relative in western Canada. Air Canada is a shameful representation of a national airline. I would not recommend them to anyone

I feel sorry for the people who don't do their due diligence to find out how bad is this airline. The are like ticking time bomb waiting to ruin your next vacation and turn it to a nightmare and then you have just one option: take them to court (yes, unbelievable but they won't even reply your messages). Stay far far far away from them. Don't take even a free ticket from them

The customer service is the worst! I have called them many times waiting for more than 30 minutes without response.

Booked for LHR>YUL, YYZ>LHR trip in September. Got a great price on the ticket, (£960 for 2) so decided to give it a go! Surely that flight is NOT the norm for AC? 😮

Never try to want a halal option in Air Canada. Even if you pre-order your meal option. They will be rude and offensive. Bring food with you, or you will starve if you have a long flight. And if you are taller than 175, you will find it hard to even move a little. I hope nobody would have a vein thrombosis. From Japan to Toronto, I had the worst flight experience

I found the domestic Vancouver to Toronto flight was heaps better than the Brisbane to Vancouver component where the crew were not nice. Same with return flight. Dreadful. Not to mention the terrible delays and lost bags.

We’ve had many excellent flights with Air Canada for decades although the last few years it’s just impossible to get a reasonable price for anywhere we’re interested in going. Therefore, we choose airlines like WestJet(which is one of my least favourites), Air New Zealand, Air France, KLM etc which all offer competitive pricing. Thanks for your videos. They’re well done even with the sound issue. Happy travels!!

I know it. It has bad food and often not the best seats. It’s purely functional. It’s all right but other airlines are so much more fun compared to it

ive been flying air canada to go to brazil ever since i was a kid and it has definitely gotten worse in terms of service and the terrible luggage management, but if you live in canada they usually are the only option for direct flights in many places. though its surprising to see the bad safety procedures cause ive never experienced that in any of my flights.

We also had an life threatening experiance with air canada.I was travelling to canada with my PR and my child.We were told that you can not board the flight and we had to deal with them on the airport for 8 hours with my 9 year old child. We did not have UK Visa and air canada had trapped us and cheated us.We had to go back to india they did not provide me food or a hotel to stay and not even a flight ticket back to india.thankfully
after understanding Uk customs provided us with 2 day visa without any fee the officers also told us that was air canada's Mistake and fault due to that you are facing issues.I heard that this has been happening to alot of people and that case is only and only because of air canada.

Air Canada can be pretty bad but if you live in Canada you don’t have much choice .
It is very expensive to fly in Canada compared to Asia and if you look at the age of the planes Canadians on average fly on some of the oldest planes in the world .
A lot of flights now are done on the horrible Dash 8 propeller planes slow uncomfortable and noisy.
Considering the size of the country it is shocking that now more people are flying on propeller planes then jets then they did in the 80s .
A couple of airlines even fly 737 -100 and there are old convair planes even older .
As bad as Air Canada is and it is I never have had a good flight it is usually rated close to the top in North American Airlines so just imagine how bad the others are .
Those safety violations were shocking and the other day a Air Canada 777 came very close to crashing when all of a sudden 20feet above the runway the pilot lost control.

Just flew AC to Heathrow 11 days ago and the flight was 7-1/2 hours late leaving. The caterers went on strike and their management cooked up the dodgiest airline meal I've ever had (and I've eaten military rations from time to time}. That and a duff aircraft were the reasons for the delay and that goop on a tray was not worth the wait.
p.s. My entertainment screen was frozen in the Dutch word "Willcomen" and nothing worked.

How can you cross the Rocky Mountains just out of Vancouver. The Rockies range is 500 miles East. You flew over the Columbia range.
