Just watched this and replaced my blower while at a parts store using my chain saw key flat end. My torques had a big flat head slot in the screws. Super easy and helpful thank you!

Maybe a 10-12 minute job.

Great video thank you so much! Best part was giving out the T25 size for those screws to take out, with the contorting involved to pull and replace this part it was very nice knowing that!!!

Thanks for the video. Did just that. Found 1 & a half small acorns 8n fan ( squirrel) cage, oak leaves. Cleaned, vacuumed & wipe down. Reinstall3d fan assy. Works fine now.
Saved some bucks on that one.
Thanks again!

Is there anything different that needs to be done to replace the blower motor in newer models? Mine is a 2017.

If I changed the blower motor and the resistor I'm still only getting about 50% power any ideas? Could it be a fuse?

Is this the same motor that the car uses for the defroster? When I turn it to defrost on my rav all I get is clicking noises. Thanks.

Not sure if you guys will respond to this, but I took mine out and found a blue transparent rubber piece with two holes sitting in there. Any ideas where this came from? Thanks

Thanks for the video. But I will say that you might just need to clean your blower motor instead of fully replacing it. Mine had a rock in it. It Was making a noise and vibrating my dash. So I took it apart and clean the blower motor, also replaced the cabin air filter. It didn't cause any problems after that.
