What I find remarkable is how good of friends Harry and Joe have become. When they first started, they seemed very much the odd couple. Now they are finishing each other's sentences.

Glad to see the crew is exploring different cities now. What I would really like to see is Joe heading back over to the UK to go on a road trip and explore the food found outside of London. Americans may not realise it but London is absolutely a bubble of its own and doesn't represent the rest of the UK at all, it's a run of the mill international city. Rural northern towns, the west country, and the whole run of our coastlines have some exceptional regional cuisines that Londoner's have never even heard of. I'd love to see how Joe handles a steak and kidney pudding.

Fun are called Bangers because in the old days Butchers would add water to the Sausage meat to bulk it out (charge more but put in less). When you cook it the water would get hot and Bang!🇬🇧👍

As usual, Joe makes an all encompassing statement that is only really true for him. In New England as well as Upstate New York we do eat Fluff. I grew up having Fluffernutter sandwiches and still enjoy them occasionally today.
