So glad you mentioned Shady Maple! Pride and joy of Lancaster County right there, you should definitely try it out if you ever pass through Pennsylvania Dutch Country - just make sure you go at lunchtime if you don't wanna pay more than $20 per person.

Jacob's should not be on this list. Pay per pound is just the same thing as any "hotplate" restaurant. A Buffet is all you can eat at a set price.

The Feast in okc was the best buffet I had in years I recommend that place to everyone it's worth every penny and worth your time try me on that ate there last Saturday night it was worth every penny!!!

This must be a really old video that just got posted recently but both the Honey Pig in Rockville AND Germantown are both closed permanantly. A hot pot buffet called KPot will be taking the germantown location. Honey pig has gone way down hill since expanding from the original Annandale, VA location.

No surprise the big 3 of Las Vegas Buffet's is on this list. But i was so shocked that King Buffet is on this list, this place is near where I live, the selection is pretty good, price wise it is more affordable than other asian buffets that I have been too.

In my city, Defuniak Springs, Fl, we have Plateful which is a great value. The thing that would surprise many even myself on my last visit is that the sushi is made fresh on site. Yeah, who knew? The only thing is you don't want to fill up on to much of it. Maybe pair it with some salad bar options or the choice of up to three soups. My favorite is the Hot and Sour soup. They also added crawfish, the baked salmon is hit or miss depending on if you get an extra buttery section or not. They also have a bunch of other seafood options as long as typical Chinese food. It has nearly become a monthly thing for my brother and me.

For $85 per person for adults I don't care how good their food is, the Bacchanal is not a good deal. I can't eat enough to justify the cost. I have a local Chinese buffet that charges $10 per person for seniors on weekdays and they have good food and a huge selection. Much better deal. Also a Mediterranean buffet, a little more expensive but still under $20.

Speaking as someone who has to eat 4500 calories a day buffets make sense in a cost cutting dinner out but in practice haven't had a good one in 20 years

It’s Nordic Lodge isn’t on the list then throw the whole list away. I’ve been to several on this posting and the bacchanal is the only one even close.
