For me personally, I'm more interested in Intel, since my work is more based on multitasking. Those efficiency cores can really come in handy.

I have a Ryzen 5 5600, loving it. But I haven't tried intel yet. But I would like to try them in the future.

At the moment for midrange and high end gaming, the 7600 and 7800X3D are probably the best options respectively, mostly cuz the AM5 socket will have upgrade options going into 2025 and probably further

As I am not a gamer but a developer and since Intel is very easy and backwards compatible so Intel is for me!

Personally, I chose my cpu brand by how new their motherboard gen is, so I know that if I'm buying in, i have a clear way to upgrade to their new cpu's when they release and don't have to buy a new motherboard

So, I've had both, and it really comes down to the low end performance of CPUs that puts Intel ahead in my opinion, although id like to take a peek at either Ryzen 5000 or 7000 seeing as I've worked with 11th and 12th gen Intel at this point

I love AMD Ryzen, Lisa Su is a genius CEO, but I’m Team Blue Intel and NVIDIA always 100% as my primary gaming PC. And I buy AMD Radeon as well for the Fluid Motion Frames.

I go for AMD, mostly because of my uses such as gaming and a mild editing. Plus, it’s a bit cheaper and brings good performance.

I have the i5 10400 cpu with 3060 ti and have had no issues

Im not rlly a stan but if i have to choose then amd since the sockets dont get discontinued as often so no frequent upgrades
