So it's your windows updating automatically so don't worry it's not a virus or malware ( although they replicate sometimes just see the type and publisher ) see in your settings you will see download progresing
You can wait for the downloaded to complete or stop it

Dude mine is using 28 mbs just ate 8 gigs of my hotspot in like a half anhour
